Our total liability in any case will not exceed the purchase price of your order. We recommend checking costumes upon arrival to ensure they meet your needs.

🔄 7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to love your costume as much as we do! If something isn’t right, here’s our policy:

• Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your item.
• Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on worn costumes, items with removed tags, opened makeup sets, personalized/custom-made costumes, or Celebrity/TV/Film and World Book Day costumes missing accessories.
• Process:
  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason.
  2. Wait for approval and a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to: 2150 Yarbrough Street, Montgomery, US 36110.
  4. We’ll process returns within 3-5 business days of receipt.
• Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, but for exchanges, we cover the new item’s shipping!
