To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be:
- ✔️ Unused and in original condition
- ✔️ In its original packaging
- ✔️ With all tags attached
- ✔️ With all accessories included (especially important for themed costumes)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- 👗 Costumes that have been worn
- 🏷️ Items with removed tags
- 💄 Opened makeup or accessory sets
- ✂️ Personalized or custom-made costumes
- 🎬 Celebrity & TV/Film costumes missing any accessories
- 📚 World Book Day costumes with incomplete pieces
- 🎪 Circus & Fairytale costumes with used special elements (wings, hats, props)
🔄 How to Return or Exchange an Item

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
