🔄 Our Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your costume. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached – just like when it left our costume kingdom! 🏰
⚠️ Important Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Costumes that have been worn
- Items with removed tags
- Opened makeup or accessory sets
- Personalized or custom-made costumes
📦 How to Return or Exchange an Item
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us First: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Pack Your Item: Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our address (we’ll provide the exact shipping details in our email)
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days

💰 Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return

- Celebrity & TV/Film Costumes: Must be returned with all accessories intact
- World Book Day & Historical Costumes: Ensure all pieces are included in original packaging
