🔄 Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your costume. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached – just like when it left our costume kingdom! 🏰

⚠️ Important Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Costumes that have been worn
  • Items with removed tags
  • Opened makeup or accessory sets
  • Personalized or custom-made costumes

📦 How to Return or Exchange an Item

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  3. Pack Your Item: Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our address (we’ll provide the exact shipping details in our email)
  5. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days

💰 Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
